Cheat: Costumes
Press L or R when selecting a character to unlock their alternate outfit in Street Fighter Alpha 3.
Cheat: Play as Shin Akuma
At the character select screen hold Start when selecting Akuma.
Unlock All Fighters
On the title screen, press LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A, UP.
Unlock All Modes
On the title screen, press A, UP, A, L, R, RIGHT, L, RIGHT, A, DOWN, RIGHT.
Now press L, RIGHT, A, R, UP,L, RIGHT, B, A, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT.
Cheat: Play as Super Bison
At the character select screen hold Start when selecting Bison.
Cheat: Final Battle
To skip to the final battle Hold A + B while selecting a speed.
