Unlockable: All Duelists
- Level 2 Minimum Requirement: Beat Tea Gardner, Tristan Taylor, Ryou Bakura, Trusdale, and Yugi Muto 3 times each and meet a requirement for each character.
Level 2 Duelists
- Rex Raptor: Collect X amount of Blue Eyes White Dragon set
- Espa Roba: Collect X amount of Red Eyes Black Dragon set
- Weevil Underwood: Collect X amount of Black Skull Dragon set
- Bonz -Bonz: Collect X amount of Barrel Dragon set
- Mako Tsunami: Mako - collect X amount of Black Luster Soldier set
- Level 3 Minimum Requirements: Beat Rex Raptor, Espa Roba, Weevil Underwood, Bonz, and Mako Tsunami 5 times each and meet a requirement for each character.
Lv 3 Duelists
- Mai Valentine: Have no Harpie Feather Dusters in your deck, AND have a harpie lady in your trunk.
- Bandit Keith: Have a Barrel Dragon in trunk
- Joey Wheeler: Have a Jinzo in trunk
- Maximillion Pegasus: have Toon world, Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon and Toon Summoned Skull in trunk
- Level 4 (Ghouls) Minimum Requirements: Beat Mai Valentine, Bandit Keith, Joey Wheeler, and Maximillion Pegasus 7 times each and meet a requirement for each character.
Level 4 (Ghouls)
Choosing This character will make you fight one of the ghouls at random, also, beat Marik Ishtar once and "ghouls" will disappear and be replaced by each Ghoul so you can now choose which to fight.

- Arkana
- Rare Hunter
- Umbra & Lumis
- Strings
- Odion
- Level 5 (Marik Ishtar) requirement: Defeat Rare Hunter, Arkana, Odion, Strings, and Umbra/Lumis (from the "ghouls" character option) once each.
Unlockable: Moonlight Clothes
You must obtain 35 percent Mode Completion.
Hint: Speed up duels
Hold L while choosing a duelist and until the duel starts. Gameplay should now move more quickly.
Unlockable: LP Survival Mode
Beat all of the level 1 and 2 duelists 5 times.
Unlockable: Vampire Disk
You must finish 40 percent of the duel puzzles.
Unlockable: All Boosters
You must have ten wins against the duelists to earn the respective boosters, and luckily losses and ties don't count against your wins.
- Blue Millennium Booster: Beat Rare Hunter ten times
- Blue/Green Millennium Booster: Beat Strings ten times
- Dark Ruler Hades Booster: Beat Bandit Keith ten times
- Gold Millennium Booster: Beat Odion ten times
- Guardian Sphinx Booster: Beat Pegasus ten times
- Jinzo Booster: Beat Weevil ten times
- Purple Millennium Booster: Beat Umbra and Lumis ten times
- Red Millennium Booster: Beat Arkana ten times
- Relinquished Booster: Beat Rex Raptor ten times
- The Masked Beast Booster: Beat Maku Tsunami ten times
- Thousand-eyes Restrict Booster: Beat Bonz ten times
- Toon Summoned Skull Booster: Beat Espa Roba ten times
- Yamata Dragon Booster: Beat Joey Wheeler ten times
- Zombrya the Dark Booster: Beat Mai Valentine ten times
Unlockable: View Mode
Acquire an 80% completion rate.
Unlockable: Limitation Option
Collect every single card in the game to get 100% game completion. There is now an option to make restricted cards unrestricted.
